1. What are your payment options?

We accept Paypal only. As a small business we find this to be an appropriate means of payment. PayPal offers a variety of payment options, including credit/debit card payments. It also offers a secure payment infrastructure, including encrypted transactions and buyer/seller protection programs. This reduces the risk of fraud and unauthorized transactions.

 

2. Shipping Time? 

Shipping time may vary based on location. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. However, International shipping can take up to 3 weeks. 

 

3. Return and Refund Policy?

Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will provide instructions on how to return the item.

 

Refund

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

 

4. How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may take longer to process. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Upon the shipment of the product you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the product's tracking number.
